Hotel reservations are made by contacting the hotel or rental directly.

To help with planning your IGNITE experience, we have arranged accommodations with the recommended hotels located near the Wildwoods Convention Center. To secure accommodations, please contact the hotel directly. Space is limited, so we recommend reserving your rooms as soon as possible.

LODGING TIPS

  • When booking your lodging, it is helpful to be mindful of:

  • Safe Sanctuaries Policy. Keep in mind the specifics of your local church’s Safe Sanctuaries Policy when making arrangements for lodging.

  • Nonprofit Discounts! Some hotels can only process tax-exempt bookings ahead of time, so by mentioning you’re booking as a nonprofit in the beginning of the process, you will have time to fax or email any necessary forms the hotel will need.

  • Guests must identify themselves as IGNITE to receive the special low discounted room rates.

  • Available Parking. Make sure to ask how many parking spots you will be allowed per room and if there is any community parking available in the immediate area.

  • Students Allergies. Request a material swap and deep clean ahead of time if possible for students who may have allergies to certain types of fabric or pillows.

  • Food Storage. When planning for IGNITE weekend, you will need to have a food plan for your students. If the plan includes preparing your own meals, you will want to request lodging with a kitchen and full-size refrigerator.
